Resipi: karipap lazat di makan begitu sahaja.

Nih resipi turun temurun.
Lazat.

Mak fara jual karipap zaman fara kanak-kanak.
Fara selalu tolong. Saja nak share resipi nih. Harap berjaya :)

Bahan-bahan:

Pastry:
500 g tepung gandum
Garam sikit utk perisa.
1 cawan minyak masak - panaskan hingga panas yg betul2 panas.
Air secukupnya.

Inti:

Udang kering seringgit, lebih kurang sesudu besar @ boleh guna daging.
Bawang besar 1 buku. Saiz sederhana.
4biji kentang/ keledek/ campur, (saiz sederhana), potong dadu.
Rempah kari daging, adabi.
Garam
Gula
Air

Cara-cara:
Pastry:

Campurkan garam dan tepung.
Kacau sebati.
Masukkan minyak panas yang betul2 dah panas.
Kacau rata guna sudu.
Sejukkan sikit.
Tuangkan air, sikit2, dan mula menguli menjadi doh.

Inti:

Udang kering + bawang, tumbuk bersama. Tumis guna sedikit minyak.
Masukkan rempah kari. Tumis.
Masukkan kentang + air.
*sukatan air, hingga kentang tenggelam*

Masak menggunakan api sederhana, hingga kentang empuk.
Jangan lupa masukkan gula dan garam secukup rasa.

Dah siapkan inti & pastry,

gelek la pastry n masukkan inti, kelim dan goreng!
makesure api sederhana.
takut dalam tepung xmasak, luar dah gelap.

agak2 dah kekuningan, angkat karipap, toskan minyak.

makan!

Resipi Tiramisu, lazat! ubahsuai ikot citarasa.

Resipi ini adalah lebih sedap dr sebelumnya :)

Sila cuba:

Bahan2

2 pek kek span (siap, beli kat tesko)

1 mug nescafe pekat, kelat yg amat

1 cawan gula

4 biji telur (asingkan)

serbuk koko utk dusting (dalam 1/2 cawan)

250 gram creamcheese (tartura cheese)

Cara2~

~ A ~

4 kuning telur + 3/4 cawan gula kacau.. n masak guna double boiler..

+ cream cheese (putar sampai xde ketul2)..

~B ~

Putih telur: putar sampai buih2...

+ 1/4 cawan gula (putar lama2).. sampai bile kite terbalik kan mangkuk.. cream tu xjatuh..

Or, boleh juga guna whipped cream untuk ganti putih telur n gula yg xdimasak ni..

(guna putih telur lebih sedap!)

Campurkan A dan B .. kacau dengan sopan.. guna senduk/ spatula..

Leo patah kaki :'(

Salam,

You have met leo. Don't you?
Our cat.

Well, 2 hari lepas, kami keluar bershopping membeli barang persiapan. 

Balik dari rumah, leo jalan terhencut-hencut. Mulanya, cam rilek je, pastu leo start buat binyik pelik.
Kami pun start pelik la. Malam tu leo sugul je. Tade lari-lari macam biasa.
Tapi later, time kitorang nak tdo, leo masuk cage, then.. biase je.

Besoknya (hari selasa), pagi tu, bawak pi veterinar, tapi tutup.. 

Sebab hari ni hari buruh.
Tapi hari ni, leo nampak dah elok (dr semalam). Kami pun happy.
Leo memang kucing lincah, lari sana sini.
Lari punya lari, kakiku pun sampai dilanggarnya.
Sengal punya kucing.

Dok main dengan kaen perca sampai guling-guling.

Nampak elok je.
Semua ok.

Tapi malam tu leo cam mengerang.

Pelik bunyiknya.

Takut.

Besok lagi satu (rabu).. xtahan denga leo tahan sakit,

sedih sangat bunyik. Jalan pun dah xbuleh.
Pergi ke dapur macam orang tempang berjalan.

Tapi leo kucing, jadi.. macam kucing tempang merangkak?

Pastu kami bawak leo pi veterinar.
Kene tinggal leo, dr pkol 12.30tgh hari.
Pkol 6.15 ptg doktor call, dah siap x-ray.
Kaki leo patah :(

Ada part yang terseliuh, muscle pulak bengkak.

Sedih betul.

 **nih xray, nmpak x kaki yg sebelah tu cam terpele'ot?**

Doktor kata mungkin dilanggar atau terjatuh.

Dilanggar; macam tak mungkin. Kalo jatuh, kemungkinan besar.
Sebab leo rajin panjat dan lompat sepah-sepah.

Tapi petang tu leo da mkn ubat tahan sakit. Jadi xdengar la suara mengerang.
Bila malam sikit ubat dah habis, leo mengerang lagik.

Sedih sangat. Leo kena duduk dalam cage, paling kurang seminggu.
Siapa sangka kucing tepi jalan yg baru sebulan duduk rumah mampu curik hati smpai camni.

Moga leo cepat sembuh :'(

Wedding fair, SACC.

So, fara baru balik from wedding fair @ Shawl Shah Alam,

it was a blast, pi sane ngan rj,

sure we had fun feeling tension in both heads bout wedding preparation.

It suppose to be more like engagement/ wedding preparation instead.
so, we booked slots for catering for engagement & some stuff for future wedding.
Hoorey. I had least stuff to worried.

Rj being such a gentleman by deciding which to go with,

which is cool and which is less cool.
Yeah, he is a great guy.

Just didn't imagine we in this phase together.

hahaha!!
not that i never think if marrying him earlier, 

just that in my imagination, i always skipped this phase.

And back to the engament list:

1) Hari tunang: tarikh, masa, hari. -DONE

2) Hantaran tunang: 5 balas 7.
- list of items:
(for me: telekung, sirih, cincin, purse, psalinan baju nikah)
(for him: tafsir, choc, sirih, baju nikah, watch, perfume, fruits)
 - theme colors: pink n peach + mocha n cream

*bought full embroidery telekung @ arkid, jalan tar for only rm100*
*bought very fancy tafsir quran, for rm70 @ the wedding fair*

3) Jamuan: menu, bilangan, masa.
-food testing done, deposits done. 90% waiting for confirmation bout menu.

4) Tetamu: senarai, 100ppl -DONE

5) Diri: baju, mekap, bunga tangan, pelamin
- tinggal nak fitting baju, 1st mei 2012
- test make-up: date unknown
- facial treatment: a week before event (paid)
- mani + padi: UNSET DATE.

6) Isi perbincangan: mas kahwin da details nikah.
- UNDONE

7) Family: lantik wakil, baju, dll
- wakil DONE, paklang sebelah ayah.
- baju family, 50% done,

Yes, its 2 post in a night.
(im actually too lazy to blog, 

but i feel guilty if i do not to let others know how awesome The Avengers movie is)

In scale of 10, id probably give 9.8, because THOR is soo hot! the movie itself was a great.
filled with much comedy.
and still being a hero.

Which made me thinking of:

Its 1000 times better than any other princess + prince movie. Please believe me.

Bersih 3.0: Child vs parent.

Salam,

Which i do not know where to start. But this is about Bersih 3.0
Im not into politics and stuff. Im just me (like most of new citizens are), i just don't borther if everything is cool with myself. Really. That's just me.

But i truely think, the idea of major gathering to achieve something is just a total dumbass.
I remember when i was a child, i sometimes sit in silence, provoking my parents to give things that i want.

The plan NEVER succeeed. never.

I end up crying by myself, or sleeping by the end of that; so caled provoking session.

In that situation, i am the daughter.

they are my parents.

Which, lamest things on earth saying, parent will do anything for their child. 

Have you heard?

Well, applying the same situation, Bersih 3.0 is trying to want something, right?

(Which im not sure what is it. Because i don't have time to really care about it.)
In given situation, they are the child.

Which made me jump into conclusion, they will actually get NOTHING.

Sad, but its true. In the year i was grown up.

Well, hey.. its 2012, im not sure about the situation.
Child always win?

Are they trying to implement it?
Really?

Lame.
Boring.
Total waste of time.

And it really makes me sick that most people think its not safe to go ou. and i think it is not safe.

My boyfriend had to drive and pickup me at home (Which not what i planned).

I actually planned to give him suprise at his office.

I've told you, it's all about me. I don't give a damm about this gathering. Not at all.

Leo meets veterinar.

ini cinta hati baru kami.

Introducing Leo.

Cute, comel giler.
Kalo Leo nih orang, sure die cam Ryan Lee (singer kump blue nih).

Tapi xpasti die buleh nyanyi ke x. Ade iras kan?

Leo nih datang ke rumah kitorang pd 30 Mac 2012.

Tiba2 ade je kat rumah.
Kami bagi makan.

Dan seperti kebanyakkan kucing2 lain, bile dah dapat makan, memang xpergi mana2 dah.
Leo pun sama. 

Sejak hari tuh, Leo dok kat umah.
Aktif sangat! Mak siap bagi Leo masuk rumah.
Leo pun bijak. xmembuang di merata tempat.

Since, kami secara serius nak simpan Leo kat umah, kitorang bawak Leo pi veterinar utk check.

Leo ade flee. Yek!
Tp doktor dah bersihkan semua. Yes!

Doktor bagi:
- ubat flee utk spray (sebulan sekali)
- Nutri (amende tah), vitamin tmbahan kot?

- ubat cacing

(ngan xsure ape lagik)
**and doktor pesan jgn bagi kucing makan frieskis. 

xelok utk digestion + dalam masa panjang, bulu akan gugur. huh?

semuanya utk consultation + meds: rm150.00

Tadi beli sekali: 

- makanan (royal canin + ape tah?): kunun nye catfood gred a+ ngan gred a
- cage (sangkar xberapa nk besaq) ngan tag (corak leopard!)

Harapnye Leo cepat sihat.

Next week buleh pi vaksinasi.
